Tell us where the hair is embedded
Hair on a smooth surface is different from hair woven into fabric, carpet edges or cargo-area lining. Describe both the affected areas and the amount of buildup. A photo of a representative close-up is more useful than describing the whole car as “very dirty.”
- Seat fabric, seams and seat-back surfaces.
- Carpets, mats and the edges around seating.
- Cargo lining and the areas used by your pet.
- Any accompanying stains or odour concerns, described separately.
Review the pet hair work before you book
Choose an interior or complete detail, then answer the cleaning-condition questions. Pet hair can add cleaning time and an itemized charge. The booking flow shows supported extra work before you accept; the price is not assumed to be the same as a lightly used cabin.
Hair removal is not an odour guarantee
Hair, a spill and an odour are different problems. Mention each concern rather than assuming one treatment covers all three. Deeply embedded hair may remain in inaccessible areas, and persistent odours or contamination may need review. We do not promise an allergy-free or sterile cabin.
Prepare the vehicle for access
Remove loose pet blankets, carriers and belongings before the visit unless their care is explicitly agreed. Tell us about pet-seat covers and any areas that should not be disturbed. The appointment scope applies to your vehicle, not animal grooming.

Can you remove dog hair from car upholstery?
Dog hair and cat hair embedded in car upholstery, seat seams or carpet can be included in an interior or complete detailing quote. Describe the affected areas and buildup. This work is separate from cleaning pet blankets or carriers, and deeply embedded or inaccessible hair may remain.
How much does car pet hair removal cost?
The current embedded dog or cat hair add-on is C$35 for moderate buildup or C$65 for heavy buildup, in addition to your interior or complete detailing service. Applicable travel and HST are shown in the quote. Confirm the condition and total before booking.
Is pet hair removal available with an exterior-only wash?
Interior pet hair work needs an interior or complete detailing package. An exterior-only wash does not cover cabin cleaning.
Can you guarantee removal of every hair?
No. Results depend on the fabric, access and how deeply hair is embedded. Review the agreed areas and limitations before the appointment.
