Two included follow-ups on the same repair quote within seven days of unlocking it. Completed answers only count; saved answers remain readable afterward. No inspection or guaranteed savings. This allowance applies to paid and Plus-included repair quote reviews. Only completed, same-quote answers count; failed or unrelated requests do not. These answers use no extra monthly or prepaid AI actions. Refunded or disputed reports lose paid access and unused follow-ups.
A separately paid report can credit its paid price toward one related Car Buyer Pass or SellReady pack. Start checkout within seven days of unlocking the report; an open checkout keeps its price until its own expiry. Same account and decision; one report per pack, no cash value or stacking. Included Plus reports do not create a cash credit. Buying reports relate to Buyer Pass, selling reports to SellReady, and a quote review can relate to either when continuing the same vehicle decision. A credit attaches to one saved pack preview; return to that pack to retry checkout. Failed preparation does not reserve a credit. A pack refund does not make the credit reusable. Report refunds or disputes stop future credit checkouts; an already-paid pack retains its agreed purchase price. Checkout requires explicit acceptance and never silently raises an expired discounted preview to full price.
Original report inputs and follow-up questions are stored privately with the report and sent to the AI service to answer your request. A related pack includes that report context. These are AI preparation tools, not a physical inspection or professional certification.
The in-app brief refreshes from your saved records when opened; there is no scheduled email and no AI-action charge. It uses UTC calendar months, saved reminders through the next 30 days (including overdue items), and up to five unresolved saved next steps. Paid booking costs and owner-added costs are shown separately to avoid claiming a combined total that may duplicate a receipt. Owner estimates are unverified; unknown costs are not treated as zero. Documented credits include actual applied booking and report-upgrade credits, not hypothetical repair savings or resale gains. The brief is not a complete maintenance schedule or financial ledger.
Human second opinions are not currently available to buy or book. Saving interest records a withdrawable preference on your account only: no charge, review request, appointment, delivery promise or automatic email subscription. Qualified reviewers, scope, pricing and turnaround must be confirmed before any launch.
Private owners can publish 2 active vehicle listings free, with free renewals and no MotorPreserve vehicle-sale commission. The C$19.99 SellReady Sale Pack is optional. Verified dealerships receive Dealer Starter with 5 active public listings free. Dealer Pro costs C$49.99/month or C$499/year upfront, before applicable tax, and includes 25 active listings, bulk draft uploads, enquiry tracking, opt-in acquisition alerts and 10 AI actions per month. Optional AI credits are separate. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected price until cancelled. Existing paid subscriptions and earlier listing payments retain their agreed terms.
The first 10 eligible verified dealerships can opt into 60 days of Dealer Pro without a card or automatic billing. One trial per verified business; previous paid or trial accounts are ineligible. Eligibility and availability are checked when the trial is started. At expiry, the first 5 active dealer listings remain public; other records are retained and can return to public view with an eligible paid plan. No paid subscription begins unless separately chosen in checkout.
You may edit, pause and resume eligible listings within your plan capacity. Publication does not guarantee traffic, offers, a sale or a higher sale price. Contact support about any earlier payment that succeeded without publication; reversed or disputed payments require review. You remain responsible for accurate vehicle details and for reviewing buyers and transfer requirements. Contact details are shown only to signed-in buyers under your selected audience. Dealer offers and alerts require the owner to allow dealer contact. Sending an enquiry shares the buyer’s chosen name, account email and message with the seller.
Car Buyer Pass costs C$29.99 once for one purchase journey comparing up to three cars, with five completed updates within 30 days of payment confirmation. SellReady Sale Pack costs C$19.99 once for one vehicle, with two completed updates within 30 days. Updates keep the same vehicle labels; unused Buyer Pass places can be filled up to the three-car limit. Saved results remain available after the update period. These are separate optional purchases, not subscriptions or additions to your monthly AI allowance. Existing free tools and Plus decision-report benefits remain available.
A complete result is prepared before checkout; only a preview is visible before payment. Preparation is limited to three attempts per account per UTC day and is subject to security and AI budget controls. A failed paid update does not use an included update. Reports, quotes, records and photos are supplied by you. We do not purchase vehicle-history reports, fetch listing links, run independent VIN checks, inspect cars, contact sellers or publish listings through these packs. Calculations use your amounts; AI advice is not a diagnosis, appraisal, certification or savings guarantee. Review listing claims and consequential decisions before acting.
Preparing a pack sends your supplied text and selected images to an AI service for the requested analysis. Pack inputs, attachments, outputs and payment references are held privately in your account; they are not a public listing. You can download unlocked results. For a delivery problem, billing error or refund review, contact customer service with the pack reference. Confirmed refunds and disputes deactivate paid content and further updates; this does not remove applicable customer rights.
01 · Platform and customer terms
MotorPreserve provides technology for provider matching, package booking, approvals and vehicle documentation. Physical vehicle services are offered and performed by independent providers who control their availability, methods and pricing.
Providers publish service packages, total prices and open appointment times. Provider verification is a screening and monitoring process, not a guarantee of workmanship. The customer chooses the provider, package and time, then completes payment to confirm the booking. Any condition adjustment or extra work requires the customer’s recorded approval.
No separate MotorPreserve owner booking fee applies to new bookings. Vehicle services are charged separately. Checkout, available provider records, support and booking-resolution tools do not constitute insurance, a warranty or a guarantee of workmanship.
Plus costs $4.99 CAD/month or $49 CAD/year paid upfront. It includes three vehicles, 100 owner-added records per vehicle, three active vehicle listings and 30 AI actions per Toronto calendar month. New plans do not include monthly Care Credits. Previously earned credits and legacy paid billing benefits retain their original terms. Vehicle services are purchased separately; no separate MotorPreserve owner booking fee applies to new bookings.
Care Credits are promotional platform credits, have no cash value and apply automatically only to eligible MotorPreserve checkout amounts that the platform can fund without reducing the provider’s expected payout. Unused credit remains available subject to the displayed expiry. For the Give $15, Get $15 customer offer, both participants receive $15 Care Credit after the referred person completes a qualifying paid booking of at least $150. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, reversals and abuse are excluded.
Free Garage includes two vehicles, 20 owner-added service records per vehicle, receipt uploads up to 5 MB each, basic in-app and calendar reminders, service search and vehicle listing. Completed MotorPreserve job history does not consume the uploaded-record allowance. Free Business Profile includes one business owner user, three active service packages, three introductory MotorPreserve service requests total and basic booking tools, a shareable booking link and QR code, verified-job reviews. Provider AI generation is not included. A network request counts when a matched enquiry or marketplace booking reaches the provider, even if declined, expired or later cancelled. Duplicate delivery of the same request does not count again. Existing replies and jobs remain available when the limit is reached; new network requests pause after the introductory allowance until an eligible paid upgrade. Valid provider-originated bookings through the signed business link do not consume this limit. Request tracking begins when this policy takes effect; existing jobs are preserved. Unused request allowance does not roll over. Free plans require no card and never automatically convert to paid subscriptions. Verification and payment readiness remain mandatory for live bookings. Existing saved records remain readable after cancellation. Existing published packages are not deleted on downgrade, but adding or activating more packages beyond the free limit requires a paid plan. Free listing is not fee-free service: applicable success, processing and customer service charges remain disclosed separately.
Provider plans renew at the monthly or annual interval selected in checkout until renewal is cancelled through secure billing. New affordable plans include tools and usage allowances, without monthly fee credits. Existing legacy billing benefits remain governed by the existing agreement. Provider Plus is the only plan available for new paid provider subscriptions, at CAD $49.99/month or $149.99/year. There is no additional introductory discount. Free business listing and verification review require no subscription; verification must be earned. During launch, new bookings carry 0% MotorPreserve commission, including legacy provider plans. Existing orders retain their agreed amounts. Payment processing charges remain separate. The first 25 eligible verified Founding Providers receive a 0% MotorPreserve commission on their first qualifying network booking, a Founding Provider badge. Previously granted 60-day trials keep their recorded expiry dates. Provider memberships include no AI allowance and new AI trials are discontinued. Standard provider AI drafts are available through separate optional prepaid credits. Provider Plus includes up to 30 network requests per calendar month, 10 active packages, one user and one location. Requests depend on real demand and suitability and are not guaranteed jobs. Existing subscription amounts and renewal dates are not automatically changed. Guided setup includes a saved profile draft, three package drafts, a business booking link and one editable rebooking campaign draft. Providers approve prices and publish packages themselves; live bookings require verification, payout readiness and open times. Campaigns are drafts only: providers must use consented recipients and include their business contact and unsubscribe information before sending. After three completed bookings between the same customer and provider, future eligible bookings in that relationship receive a rate two percentage points below the standard plan rate, with a 3% floor. Approved quality providers may receive an additional 1% fee reduction, limited to the remaining fee. Provider-originated customers carry no marketplace commission. Under the provider referral offer, both providers receive $50 fee credit after the referred provider becomes verified and completes their first qualifying paid booking.
Provider availability depends on service area, capacity and package fit. Only provider-published open times are shown for instant booking. Promotional offers may be limited by eligibility, geography, verification order, time, fraud controls or available capacity. Platform credits have no cash value and may be reversed for refunds, duplicate claims, self-referrals or abuse.
You authorize MotorPreserve to perform only the vehicle-care service, at the location, on the date and for the price shown in your appointment agreement. Any material change or extra work requires your approval before it is performed.
The agreement shows the confirmed service price and separately identifies any applicable tax before you sign. Payment is due when the service is completed unless a different written arrangement is clearly disclosed and accepted in advance. No undisclosed fee or automatic recurring charge is created by this agreement.
You confirm that the vehicle information you supplied is accurate, that you are authorized to request the work, and that MotorPreserve may access and move the vehicle only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service. Please disclose fragile modifications, active damage, electrical or mechanical issues, alarms, special finishes and other material conditions before service.
MotorPreserve will use reasonable care and may document the vehicle before and after service. MotorPreserve is not responsible for pre-existing defects, normal wear, concealed or improperly repaired damage, manufacturer or material failure, or unsecured personal property, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Remove valuables and important personal items before the appointment.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. A cancellation fee or retained deposit applies only if it was specifically disclosed and accepted in writing before payment or booking. Weather, access, safety or vehicle-condition concerns may require a new appointment window.
Inspect the vehicle when the service is completed and report a concern promptly through the MotorPreserve complaint form. We will acknowledge a complaint and aim to respond within two business days. Nothing in this agreement removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

Business verification means we have reviewed the registration and business contact details. It does not certify insurance or service capability. These checks are shown separately. New Provider Plus memberships cost CAD $49.99 monthly or CAD $149.99 annually upfront, before applicable tax, and renew at the selected price until cancelled. The annual rate is a founding-provider launch offer; no higher renewal price is scheduled. New bookings carry 0% MotorPreserve commission during launch; payment processing remains separate. Existing paid orders and subscription agreements retain their agreed amounts. Basic job management is included; optional AI and advanced tools use prepaid credits.
New paid providers have 30 days from their first successful membership payment to obtain insurance approval. Upload the certificate early enough for review. Missing approval pauses new requests after the deadline; existing jobs and billing management remain accessible. Membership billing continues until cancelled. Cancellation and rejoining do not restart the deadline. This document-upload period does not waive any insurance or licensing requirements for performing the service.
Each provider operates its own independent business, controls its lawful methods and availability, and is responsible for licences, taxes, employees, equipment, safety and insurance appropriate to the work it offers.
Business, insurance, capability, territory and payout information must remain accurate. A provider must promptly report expired coverage, material business changes, safety restrictions or any circumstance that affects its ability to perform accepted work.
Bookable packages must state the total customer price, included scope, exclusions, duration and material conditions. No extra work or material price change may proceed without the customer’s recorded approval.
Providers must document pre-existing condition, protect keys and personal property, follow disclosed material and access instructions, minimize access to customer information, and never publish a customer, vehicle, address or photograph without appropriate permission.
Network bookings are paid through MotorPreserve. The applicable platform fee and expected provider amount are shown before a provider accepts work. Providers must not divert a matched booking off-platform or misrepresent taxes, refunds or payment status.
Small AI pack: CAD $4.99 for 10 standard actions. Business AI pack: CAD $14.99 for 40. Both are one-time purchases, separate from subscriptions, paid reports and car packs. Credits do not expire and are linked to the purchasing account. An eligible included monthly action is used before a purchased credit. Each successful standard SOL response or supported tool draft uses one action. Failed generation and rules-only fallback do not consume a purchased credit. Usage and security safeguards still apply. Purchases require explicit checkout approval; there are no automatic top-ups. Refunded or disputed purchases lose access to their unused credits. Contact support for purchase or usage errors. AI drafts require review and do not send messages or book services.
AI-generated briefs, rankings, care plans and follow-ups are advisory. With the provider’s confirmation at upload, an AI service may read business registration, commercial insurance, training, certification or sample-work evidence; compare it with the application; extract limited verification facts; flag missing, mismatched or expired information; and draft profile language. AI does not authenticate a document or make the final admission decision. A MotorPreserve owner approves onboarding, and Stripe separately verifies identity and payout information. Providers remain responsible for accurate documents, lawful service decisions, published package accuracy, safety and every message they approve.
Providers must cooperate promptly with booking, quality, damage, payment and privacy reviews. MotorPreserve may pause opportunities while facts are reviewed and may suspend or remove access for expired verification, unsafe conduct, material misrepresentation, repeated service failure or misuse of customer information.
03 · TrustOS review and rating standard
Only the customer connected to a completed, paid MotorPreserve marketplace booking may submit one provider review for that booking. The review is labelled as a verified MotorPreserve service and may show limited non-identifying context such as service type, vehicle class, postal-area prefix and price band.
A customer review remains hidden until the provider submits private customer feedback or the seven-day feedback window ends. This reduces retaliation and strategic rating. Provider feedback about customer readiness, access and conduct is private to MotorPreserve and eligible matched providers; it is not published as a public customer score.
MotorPreserve and providers must not offer money, discounts, credits or preferential treatment in exchange for positive sentiment. Providers cannot pay to improve their TrustScore or ranking. A negative review is not removed merely because it is negative, commercially inconvenient or disputed.
Automated systems may flag duplication, coordinated activity, irrelevant content, prohibited content or rating-pattern anomalies. AI does not make the final exclusion decision. A human reviews the evidence. Reviews may be excluded only for verified fraud, inauthentic activity, privacy or safety violations, unlawful content, or another documented policy breach. Providers may publish one response and submit a factual appeal without suppressing the customer’s review.
TrustScore considers verified customer outcomes, punctuality, price accuracy, completion evidence, resolution history and cancellation performance. A public score is withheld until at least five verified ratings exist; eligible new providers are labelled New & Verified. Material safety or integrity concerns may place a provider under review or pause marketplace access while facts are investigated.
Providers submit a completion record with timing, approved and final price, checklist, summary and optional before-and-after photographs. The customer and provider may view their linked evidence, and MotorPreserve may inspect it for completion and concern resolution. Evidence photographs are not public review content and are handled under the privacy and retention terms below.
04 · Privacy notice
MotorPreserve Privacy Officer is responsible for questions and concerns about MotorPreserve information practices. Contact the privacy officer at concierge@motorpreserve.com or by mail at Oakville, Ontario.
Contact details, vehicle and service information, photographs you submit, appointment history, agreement and consent records, payment and complaint information, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
To review and schedule care, communicate with you, provide and document service, process payment, respond to concerns, maintain business and tax records, protect customers and the business, and comply with the law. Marketing messages and promotional photography each require separate, optional permission.
MotorPreserve may use an AI service provider to process limited, task-relevant vehicle, service, postal-area, preference and condition-note information for provider ranking, Vehicle Value Twin planning and follow-up drafting. When a provider confirms at upload, the AI service may also process provider verification documents to extract limited business facts and flag missing, mismatched or expired evidence. Customer identity and exact address are excluded from provider-ranking prompts, and photographs selected for SOL chat or car-pack analysis are sent to the AI service for that requested task. AI output is advisory: people approve providers, prices, bookings, messages and all mechanical, safety, damage or insurance decisions.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website, store submitted files, deliver email or process payment. We do not sell customer information. Access is restricted, private records are not publicly indexed, sensitive pages are not cached, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
Unconfirmed requests and related photographs are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed for follow-up. Completed service, agreement, payment and complaint records may be kept for the periods required for business, tax, insurance, safety or dispute-resolution purposes. When a retention purpose ends, records are securely deleted or de-identified. A legal hold, active concern or security investigation may extend a retention period.
You may ask whether MotorPreserve holds information about you, request access or correction, withdraw optional consent, request deletion where retention is not legally or reasonably required, or raise a privacy concern by contacting the privacy officer. Identity may be verified before private information is released.
MotorPreserve documents suspected privacy or security incidents, investigates promptly, limits further exposure and provides any notification required by applicable law. Customers may report a suspected incident through the customer concern form.
We use the Google tag to measure whether our ads lead to completed account signups. Advertising cookies are off until you allow measurement. Before a choice, the tag may send limited cookie-free technical signals to Google with advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising disabled. With your permission, measurement cookies can connect an ad visit with a newly verified signup. We do not send your name, email, verification code, vehicle information or chat content in the signup event. We do not enable personalized advertising through this integration. Your choice does not affect account access and can be changed below. Browser privacy signals are honoured.
05 · Optional permissions
Marketing email permission is separate, optional and unchecked by default. Transactional messages about a requested appointment, agreement, payment or complaint may still be sent without marketing consent. Marketing messages will identify MotorPreserve and provide an unsubscribe method.
Permission to use promotional photography is separate and optional. When selected, MotorPreserve may use de-identified vehicle images for its portfolio or promotion. Licence plates and personal information will not be shown without separate permission.
