Ask about my car

Restore my car

Understand the condition, agree the cleaning scope and see the result.

  • A condition assessment with its limits explained
  • An agreed cleaning scope and itemised total
  • A care report and permitted before-and-after photos

Prepare my car for sale

Decide what is worth doing before paying for preparation.

  • A fix, clean or leave-alone preparation plan
  • Automatic detailing price and available appointments
  • A photo checklist and organised care history

Manage our household’s cars

Coordinate care for several cars at one address and keep their histories separate.

  • Separate assessments and prices for each car
  • Travel waived for two or more cars in the same visit
  • Saved records and customer-chosen follow-up dates

One clear next step. A record you can keep.

Before you approve

Understand a repair quote, distinguish priorities and see what needs an inspection.

Before we start

Review your service scope, itemised price and available appointment. Additional work needs your approval.

Clear expectations

Initial advice follows your current ValueLift allowance. Services are priced after assessment; sale-preparation detailing can be booked automatically; specialist work needs separate review. No preparation spend is guaranteed to increase resale value.

Before-and-after photos need permission and a team upload; a report marked pending is not evidence that work is complete. If agreed work is not as expected, contact us within 48 hours for review.
